4. Returns & Refunds
Nosala offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Full terms are available in our Refund Policy.
5. Membership Terms
Upon placing an order, customers are automatically enrolled in our Nosala Membership Program, which includes exclusive benefits, early access, and more.

11. Subscriptions & VIP Membership (Rebill Terms)
11.1 Overview & Billing
The VIP Membership program provides access to exclusive discounted pricing on a wide range of products available on our website. Customers who choose to join the VIP Membership will receive a significant discount on their initial purchase and subsequent orders.
A subscription fee of $49.99 USD will be charged 14 days after the initial purchase and will automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled. Charges will continue on a rolling 30-day basis unless and until canceled by the customer. By completing a purchase through our Site, you expressly authorize Nosala to charge your payment method on file for recurring membership fees.
11.2 Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your VIP Membership at any time by contacting us via email or through any other cancellation method we make available. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, no full or partial refund will be issued. Access to VIP benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
11.3 Failed Payments & Subscription Pauses
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate VIP Membership access due to failed payments. The ability to pause subscriptions is not currently available but may be introduced at our discretion in the future.
11.4 Pricing & Changes
VIP Membership pricing and product discounts are subject to change at any time. Any adjustments to pricing will apply to future billing cycles, and continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to monitor your subscription and cancel if you no longer wish to be enrolled.
11.5 Rebill Authorization & Disclosure
By subscribing to the VIP Membership, you acknowledge and consent to recurring charges as described above. You will receive email notifications confirming each rebill transaction. Please ensure your billing information is current to avoid service interruption. All rebills will appear on your bank statement as “Nosala” or a similar descriptor.
